A burst water heater caused damage in our garage, but Rooter Guard acted quickly to assess, remove the old unit, and install a new tankless system. During the process, they fixed several plumbing issues. The technicians—Johnny, Erik, John, Victor, and Kirk—were communicative and thorough. I’d gladly use them again.
Johnny and Andy were great! We had a complicated problem: stopped up sewer because of tree roots along with 50 year old cast iron pipes. They had to install a clean out at the blockage, repair a broken pipe and then clear the tree roots with hydrojet. Everything’s running smoothly now! These guys are such hard workers and so good-natured. They were upfront about everything and the price was fair. We highly recommend this team! Update! Just had our kitchen sink drain cleaned, technician was prompt, tried one rooter, then another larger one, that did the trick, cleared drain, water flowing great. You guys are the best!
My kitchen sink clogged and food disposal overheated and stopped working last night. Called them next morning. Made an appointment for the first available later that day. They called back and were there in an hour. Their employee was very nice, and efficient. Disposal working again, and no more clogged sink with in an hour. Thank you so much!!!!
They were absolutely amazing They had to locate a leak on my yard . The guy that came out he was so professional he was so nice . to be honest this was actually the first time I’ve experienced that with anyone doing any type of home service at my home .they were so helpful and honest about the situation . regardless of what you do when you’re dealing with maintenance to your Home or property its going to costly . But at least I know I’m not getting robbed and lied to .. as of now they’re now a contact listing in my phone because you need a company you can trust when you’re doing anything.
We had a terrible experience where the toilets were backing up, found out that the mainline sewer was full of roots. We called rooter guard. They came right out, fixed the problem immediately fast and efficient for a good price. Vic came out within a hour of my call. From beginning to end Vic and his crew were great. Very professional and when job was done they made sure to clean everything up. Andreas the supervisor was here several times to discuss each step. Vic and Andreas were so good about explaining everything we had questions about. Rooter Guard has been there for us now twice for plumbing emergencies! A few years ago, on Thanksgiving Day our Kitchen sink backed up. Rooter Guard responded within an hour and Hydro-Jetted the line, allowing us to still have a great family Holiday. And then just last week I discovered my main sewer line had ruptured under the house. Again, within thirty minutes George showed up to assess the problem and within another hour the supervisor, Harry, was here to inspect my whole line with a camera. Unfortunately for my wallet my entire sewer system needed to be replaced, but fortunately for my home Rooter Guard were the ones doing the work. They started immediately and finished within a few days with minimal damage to my front yard due to their trench-less pipe replacement technology. They were even able to complete the work without us having to vacate the property! Overall, outstanding communication, professionalism, and work ethic. I will be using Rooter Guard for all my future plumbing needs!
we had a horrible experience our sewer backed up into our house put the toilet to shower is a bath of all the house. I called rooter guard they came over. They did magnificent job fixing the sewer and repairing the line in one day highly recommend HARRY and his crew to anyone and definitely use them again in the future if it arises with any more plumbing issues thanks again. We had a stopped up kitchen drain. First Greg tried a snake. No dice. Then he tried a jet power hose. Still no progress. He called his supervisor, Mike, who came and said we needed to replace some old iron pipe with modern plastic piping. That did the trick. The job turned out to be bigger than initially anticipated, but Rooter Guard deducted the first two charges— snake and jet hose—from the total bill. I liked these guys and found them competent, diligent and honest. I will definitely call Rooter Guard in the future.
We had to replace sewer line and many related issues on an emergency basis. Rooter Guard responded immediately with an inspection and clear proposal that broke the quote up into manageable parts in case some work could be postponed. The entire process went smoothly and in a timely manner with a minimum of disruption thanks to Emilio and his team. Very little trenching above ground, minimal cutting of concrete and drywall--both replaced nicely be the Rooter Guard team. Process was less disruptive than anticipated and we look forward to smooth drainage for years to come. No more twice-a-year clean outs of roots that had permeated most of our drains. William came out to repipe under our kitchen and was so smart and informative and gave me the best rate. He helped me make hard decisions and I strongly recommend this company. They can do any plumbing job and guarantee their work for 15 years. They are licensed and bonded and came to my house right away after I called. Such a sweet guy and so was his boss whom I spoke to on the phone.

Al came immediately. We needed some serious work done. Old pipes in an old building. 3-4 guys worked 8 hours every day for 5/6 days. Fantastic! Amazing! Meticulous!
